Tumi Ananya Welfare Trust was founded in Kolkata by a group of educated and dedicated individuals and social workers to uplift the socio-economic status of the poor and downtrodden, with a special focus on distressed women and children. Registered under the Indian Trust Act 1882, we work in backward areas of Kolkata and its surrounding rural regions, where many rely on agriculture for livelihood. Our initiatives include food and clothing distribution, educational programs, health and wellness initiatives, and rural development activities. Targeting underprivileged communities, we prioritize women, children, elderly, disabled persons, and students. To date, we have impacted over 700 individuals through various development initiatives, striving to create a just and equitable society with dignity and opportunity for all.
Tumi Ananya Welfare Trust is registered with the Sub-Registrar and the type of NGO is Trust (Non-Government) bearing the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 and the Registration Number is IV-1902-00166/2022.
